We are excited to offer our guests an intimate look at the work of some of the most skilled artisans in the Omaha through our Artisan Tour Experiences.
Created with the intention of connecting guests to those responsible for creating some of the best food and drink in the midwest, we have partnered with those who we consider being the best at their craft to give you a fresh perspective on your favorite aspects of Omaha’s maker scene.
These will be one-time experiences that will allow guests to see some of the best artisans and makers at there craft while also enjoying their products firsthand. Availability for these experiences is limited to ensure an up-close-and-personal feel.
Whether you’re a foodie, a cocktail enthusiast, a fellow artisan or you're just interested in learning about Omaha best local artisans, these experiences will have something for anyone with an appreciation for local craftsmanship.

June 29: Farm to Table Experience
For the first artisan experience, we are inviting 14 guests to take part in a farm-to-table experience co-hosted by Au Courant Regional Kitchen and Chef Ben Maides
Date: June 29 at 2 p.m.
Tickets for this all-inclusive 4 hour experience are $159
A visit and tour with Jayna & John at The Swallow’s Nest farm which provides produce to Au Courant
A chance to visit the quaint on-site antique shop, Jayna’s Country Store
Fine wine and charcuterie selected by Chef Ben and his team
Reserved seating at Au Courant to experience the chef’s tasting menu and wine pairing
A chance to meet Chef to hear his inspiration for the produce on his menu
All guests need to be 21 years of age or older.
We gladly accept reservations for 1-4 guests per group. We are not able to accept phone reservations for this special experience.
